AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE

Definition

An agents representative is any person who is not a licensed agent but who performs any estate agents functions (eg sales person, property manager).

Briefly, as of June 2004 you must be:

  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Completed the course in real estate for Agents Representative (or another prescribed equivalent course within the last 5 years). Course Providers
  • Have a current (within the last 6 months) Police check.
