ESTATE AGENT'S LICENCE - INDIVIDUAL LICENCING REQUIREMENTS

Briefly, as of June 2004 you must be:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have completed a minimum of 1 years experience as an agents representative.
• Completed a prescribed academic requirement.
